Over his nearly 10 years in the Gainesville real estate scene, Jonathan continued to notice that there was a massive gap in the marketplace that was affecting agents and homeowners alike. After decorating his personal home (which went on to be the first home in Gainesville featured in Architectural Digest, as well as Clever, Better Homes and Gardens, and the Wall Street Journal) it became apparent that it was time to bring this eye for design snd share it with the community through home staging. 

He casts the vision for the team, and oversees the furniture curation, while ensuring we consistently grow the value that we provide our agent partners and home owners so that they can achieve what they need - a successful sale that maximizes their homes’ value. 

Courtney Bailey, an experienced Wedding and Event Planner with over a decade in the industry, seamlessly combines professionalism with an artistic touch. She has successfully orchestrated diverse events, from corporate conferences to galas. Known for her attention to detail, drive, and enthusiasm, she is committed to delivering top-notch work promptly, while prioritizing teamwork and effective communication. 

Noah is the culture-keeper of the team. He keeps the team on track by building operational workflows, is responsible for the operating budget, overseeing the administrative team, and is in charge of developing long-term operational strategies to meet our company objectives.
